Depending on your project's preparation and specific circumstances, your final quote may adjust—leaning lower for simple layouts and ready-to-print artwork, or adjusting higher if the installation requires extra on-site preparation, obstacle clearing, or difficult work-area access.

• ⚠️ Payment Terms: To secure your production slot and fund custom material sourcing, all projects totaling $500.00 or more, as well as all vehicle wrap services, require a 50% upfront deposit before custom design work or physical production begins. Reach out for an exact, optimized quote!

Important Details & PoliciesMinimum Order Fee: To maintain our strict setup standards—including custom center-out, bottom-up digital mapping, specialized backing, and premium titanium needle configurations—we require a $15.00 minimum stitching fee per location on small or low-stitch count orders.

Blank Garment Cost Clarity: Please note that our Turn-Key stitch rate ($1.34 per 1,000 stitches) covers the embroidery labor, thread, and machine production time only. It does not include the physical price of the clothing. The retail cost of your selected hat, shirt, or jacket will be calculated and added as a separate line item on your custom proposal.

Customer-Supplied" Liability Waiver: We take immense pride in our work and treat every item with expert care. However, embroidery involves high-speed mechanical machinery, sharp needles, and intense tension. When you supply your own garments or hats, you accept that commercial embroidery carries an inherent risk of machine malfunction, fabric tearing, or scorching. Scooter Studios LLC is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the cost of customer-supplied items in the rare event of damage during the production process. By delivering your items to us for embellishment, you authorize us to proceed under this waiver. Embroidery Digitizing Fee - $50

Premium Print/Stitch Hat PatchesFeaturing elite Stahls’ UltraColor Pro Hybrid transfers—the industry gold standard for multi-color headwear branding. This process fuses a high-definition digital image to a heavy-duty, industrial screen-printed backing ink and glue matrix for unmatched durability.

• Heat-Applied Dimensional Hat Patches: Permanently thermally fused deep into cap fibers using our specialized PowerPress Hat machinery. Engineered to withstand heavy sweat, extreme weather, and rugged outdoor wear without edge lifting or fading.
• Pressure-Sensitive "Hard Goods" Patch Stickers: The exact same beautiful, high-end embroidered emblem engineered as a heavy-duty decal. Uses an industrial peel-and-stick backing optimized for smooth surfaces like water bottles, toolboxes, laptops, and hardhats. (Not intended for fabric use).

Artwork Setup & Production Policies

• Custom Volume & Size Optimization: Because Stahls' commercial production costs scale dynamically based on your exact graphic dimensions and total order quantity, all apparel projects are custom-quoted to guarantee you get the most optimized rate.
• Artwork Preparation & Master File Setup: Requires professional file optimization and formatting for commercial hybrid transfer production.
• Setup Fee Waiver: All master file setup and design prep fees are 100% WAIVED on all new customer orders totaling $500.00 or more!

Note 1: Custom design and file repair are billed at a flat $65.00/HR shop rate to ensure high-fidelity, crisp output on large-format media.

Note 2: All project design quotes include 2 complimentary rounds of changes. Additional client-requested alterations or continuous layout overhauls beyond the second round will be billed as technical design time at our standard $65.00/HR shop rate.

Note 3: Design fees up to $130.00 (2 hours) are completely waived and credited back to your project on all production and installation orders exceeding $500.00 total.

Note 1: Extended travel is charged per one-way mile from our shop to your location. Covers door-to-door transport, fuel, vehicle mobilization, and professional road time.

Note 2: Due to highly unpredictable Valley traffic conditions, all delivery and installation runs stretching past 20 miles will be evaluated and quoted individually to guarantee door-to-door coverage. 

• Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT): In accordance with Arizona state law, applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your project location and added as a distinct line item on all physical goods and custom product delivery invoices.
• Local Pickup & Mobile Delivery: Local pickup is always free. For on-site delivery or mobile installations, transit fees are calculated dynamically based on your distance from our West Valley shop loop.
• Mail & Parcel Shipping: If your project requires postal shipping, actual carrier freight fees will be calculated at the time of completion.
• Heavy-Duty Shipping Tubes: To guarantee your custom banners, vinyl graphics, or prints arrive flawless, uncreased, and ready to deploy, all mailed orders are safely rolled and shipped in protective, heavy-duty shipping tubes billed at a variable flat rate depending on the final tube length.
