 ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDETo ensure your banners, signs, and window graphics print crisp, sharp, and pixel-free, your files must meet our shop's production standards.Preferred Vector Formats (Highly Recommended)Vector files can be scaled up to any size (even a full wall mural) without ever losing quality or getting blurry.

• Accepted Extensions: .PDF, .EPS, .AI, or .SVG
• Fonts: All text components must be converted to outlines or paths so your fonts don't shift or disappear on our machines.

Raster Images & Photo FormatsIf you are submitting photographs or flat graphics, high resolution is a strict requirement for large-format media.

• Accepted Extensions: .TIFF or High-Quality .JPEG / .PNG / .VECTOR
• Resolution: Files must be built at a minimum of 150 to 300 DPI at actual physical print size. Files downloaded straight from Facebook, websites, or standard Google images are 72 DPI and will print blurry or pixelated.

Consumer AI & Mobile Design AppsGraphics generated through basic consumer AI tools, Canva, or mobile layout apps are rarely print-ready out of the box. They often require technical upscaling, rebuilding, or re-vectoring.

• If your supplied artwork requires technical adjustment to prevent blurry output, it will be subject to our Artwork Restoration & Repair fee ($65.00/HR).

Answer: Yes there is minimum charge for certain items:

 Answer: There are some items which can be customer installed with a little guidance but, Scooter Studios LLC is not responsible for incorrect installlations by customers in this case.  

 Answer: No, applicable taxes apply, shipping will be calculated and will be on the quote to be accepted by the customer prior to project execution.
