1. Proofing and File Quality

Scooter Studios LLC takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial graphics and vehicle vinyl installations. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any customer-provided artwork, logos, or image files meet the resolution and vector tracking standards required for large-scale wide-format printing. [Your Shop Name] is not liable for pixelation, blurriness, or visual errors resulting from low-resolution files supplied by the client.

2. Generative AI Concept Policy

To expedite project workflows, keep design costs affordable, and maximize creative brainstorming, Scooter Studios LLC may utilize generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools during the initial concept, mood board, or ideation phases. 

* Concept Limitations: Any raw digital graphics or mood boards provided during the discovery phase are intended strictly for visual inspiration. They are not cleared for commercial branding or legal trademarking.

* Production Requirements: If a client requests the exact printing and manufacturing of a raw AI-generated asset, the client acknowledges that generative AI media inherently lacks traditional copyright protections. 

3. Intellectual Property & Liability Waiver

By submitting artwork to Scooter Studios LLC or authorizing the production of any concept design, the client certifies that they hold the full legal rights, commercial licenses, or ownership to utilize the graphics. [Your Shop Name] does not conduct trademark availability checks or copyright vetting. 

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scooter Studios LLC from any and all legal claims, financial losses, trademark disputes, or copyright infringement lawsuits arising from the physical production, installation, or commercial public use of the printed graphics.
